Weekend Wrap-Up

As I dread the beginning of the work week, let's recap the weekend.

Friday night started with a little bar hopping in Huntington. We started as Meehan's (when I had my first "Irish Carbomb"), moved it to Finnegan's (we were in the wrong bar), and finally Finley's (the place was rockin). The night ended with well deserved pizza (old habits die hard) and I trip back to Bethpage that ended at 4AM.

Saturday started with a sleeping til noon. The night included seeing The Machine (the best Pink Floyd coverband) and some more barhopping. I met the crew at Mission (212 Bowery) and we went to Mercury Bar (33rd and 3rd). This night ended at around 6 AM Sunday.

Sunday allowed for some rest and relaxation. I caught Six Feet Under and Wanted, a new tv show on TNT about capturing the top 100 criminals. Now I have the week to look forward to and the hopes that my replacement is hired so I can move on to my promotion. Only 5 more days until the weekend returns once more.
